The cameras open up in the back with Matt Green, the BWA interviewer. Matt Green was with BWA since their first era back in late 2004, but when the federation closed in 2005 they sacked ol’ Matt Green and never called him back when BWA reopened in the summer of 2005. They decided to hire the most annoying guy around with a prepubescent voice and a hair-style similar to that of Peewee, his name was Gary Jones. Perhaps the FWA takeover was the best thing that could have happened for BWA; they lost a lot of annoying staff that they were carrying around. The federation was looking for an excuse to fire most of them, but Marcus never had the cold heart to do it. After all, he was from Britain and not from a country of steel such as America or a rock-hard area like Canada.
When BWA came back, they decided to screw hiring the oldies. They would want to get paid twice as much as they were making before, so it was time to hire some of their formers from the first era. People like Matt Green returned, people like Tony and Franny stayed in FWA since they betrayed the BWA’s non-existent flag. A nice set of breasts look like a familiar sight to the backstage BWA area, again. So just by a random guess, we’re assuming that Emma Schofield is back in BWA and thank God, too. We’ve got a lady commentator, but we’re not sure if she’s hot or anything. Only time can tell, so we might as well wait. Although the whole pack of horn-dogs don’t want to be any more patient than they are, it’s only a matter of days until we stand in the ring and gaze at her worldly goods while she shouts at us for being perverts. Oh well.
Beside Matt is the Feature Presentation, looking as if he died a few months ago. But a few months ago was when he started a habit that could kill him and that was a heroin addiction. His arms are probably decorated in a polka-dotted fashion with needle holes from the syringes used to inject the addicting drug.
Matt Green; “Davidson, you’re without a doubt one of the most famous superstars to have ever come out of the British Wrestling Alliance alumni. Starting your BWA career in late 2004, you quickly rose to the top of the federation by defeating such superstars like Jamie Paull in the first-ever Livewire main-event, then a week later you had become the Television Champion by defeating another up-and-coming superstar, MC Kontou. Your wrestling past in BWA is festooned with great accomplishments and a history unlike anybody else’s. Another wrestler that is almost equal to you is Superstar Joe, a man who is a three-time BWA Champion. You two have had a long past in British Wrestling Alliance and your feud with him is still on-going in FWA.
“What I want to ask is how do you feel about going up against Joe once again here in British Wrestling Alliance? In the past year and a half you two have had so many encounters from Battle of Britain, Last Man Standing, Born Legends I and in FWA there have been just as many, if not more. One more time in BWA, you’re headlining the third-ever first-show. In order you have main-evented the debut of Livewire, the first return of Livewire and now the second-coming of BWA. What’s your opinion and do you expect to beat Joe?”
Davidson; “Matt, although it’s been… what? Two years since I last spoke to you? I’m really tired of these battles against Joe. Not only are they physically draining me in the wrestling ring, but they are draining me in promos and interviews. So many of these matches happened that it’s starting to be more of a habit than some things in my life. For instance, in the past year and a half… I’ve wrestled Superstar Joe more times than I’ve visited my own damn family. Since my BIRTH… I’ve wrestled Superstar Joe more times than having my dreams come true. Yes, Christmas and Birthday presents count as dreams. It’s not good for me, Matt… I hate wrestling Superstar Joe, things have just gotten so bland and so drawn out that it’s not even funny. He expresses his hate as much as I do, but we both know that there’s not a thing that we can do. The fans love it, but we have to supply what they demand.
“Listen up, fools… I’m not your bitch.
“Now, I do expect to beat Joe. Fact is, I intend to make him tap out to one of my submissions… the Feature Presentation, to be more precise. Although it comes as to no surprise, I seriously hate Joe. Some of you may not have heard my reason as to why, so I figure that I might as well let the cause of that hate be expressed today.
“When I first joined British Wrestling Alliance, I was pretty much the biggest superstar in this federation. I battled the toughest superstar on the roster and with them I had to tolerate the roughest battles of my entire life. While I was jumping off of ladders and improving my wrestling abilities to get to the top of the wrestling federation, Joe was doing jumping-jacks with a couple of other guys in a supposed-wrestling division called Ice-Brisk or something like that. Not the High-Risk, as some people though. I was on my way to becoming a legitimate World Title contender in BWA, but the federation closed.”
Matt Green; “Yeah, I remember that… apart from Joe doing jumping-jacks—”
Davidson; “Quiet, I’m going to continue.
“When BWA came back, I got the exposure that I wanted. I was thankful for it, Matt, I really was. Wrestling against Benjamin Stephens twice for the title was an honor, I was privileged to do that in my career. But when I was shoved aside for Superstar Joe to take my spotlight, that there took the piss. I was annoyed, I was frustrated. What made things even more appalling to see was that Joe would become the champion, he would be the one to get that title from Ben.
“So as Joe reigned as the champion, I thought that I would try and be the one to take that title from him and away from his waist. I made myself believe that I could dethrone him and that I could be the next BWA World Heavyweight champion, but Joe tried to put different thoughts in my head. He tried to make me look like a superstar with no experience, a superstar with no hope in the federation that is the BWA. It doesn’t sound like it would bother me, but it did.
“There was a guy who never fought hard in BWA, but he became the champion. A lot of people seem to black out the first era of British Wrestling Alliance and forget about all of the accomplishments that took place in there. That’s half the reason why I’m not looked at as one of the best wrestlers in this promotion. In the first era of BWA, I was the ONLY Television champion and the ONLY Tag Team champion. From November, December, January to the beginning of February… those titles were mine. They were in my grasps, I was a proud professional wrestler. But when the second-era of BWA evolved, my reigns as champion weren’t recognized…
“You can’t forget about history, Marcus. What if America suddenly decided not to recognize England as a country. Huh? Would that make you happy? I doubt it would and you know, you shouldn’t expect me to be happy, either. After the shit that you pulled here in BWA, don’t count on me coming back… it’s highly unlikely.”
Matt Green; “By the sounds of things, you’re saying that after this one-off show, there’s almost no chance that you’ll be coming back to the British Wrestling Alliance because of what Marcus did to you. It looks that revenge isn’t a main-concern of yours and I guess that you’re going to be respectful and move on with your career.
“I want to ask, are you happy that BWA is back in the wrestling circuit and if so, why?”
Davidson; “I’m glad that British Wrestling Alliance is back in business, I wouldn’t want it any other way. That’s because the company is a vital threat to every other wrestling federation out there. With BWA back in the wrestling world, who knows what kind of danger other wrestling federations are in for. BWA can be a really strong company if they really want to be and don’t doubt the power that the company has. However, some people may refuse to work here ever again. I’m taking my business to Fans Wrestling Alliance and I’ll remain loyal until it’s necessary or until our bonds sever.”
Matt Green; “Do you have any words for your opponent, Superstar Joe?”
Davidson; “Well, other than we’re wrestling again… no, I have no words for him. It’s all been said before, there’s nothing new to say or even speak about.”
Matt Green; “All right, thank you for your time, Davidson.
“Good luck against Joe.”
Davidson; “Yep.”
Fade.
