It's time to taste the pain. If you haven't tried pain yet, it has a taste of many different flavors. Some of them feel so nice and fresh to you while others are rotten and completely disgusting to think of again, turning you off of it. But it doesn't matter what you think of it, you always end up going back to it and having some more, experimenting with it to the point where you're running on too much pain. It completely swamps your system, taking over your body. You have pain at the bottom of your body, pain at the top of your body. Your heart exchanges blood for pain and starts to pump it through your body. Bruises aren't pools of excess blood anymore, they're just pools of excess pain. Bruises are from pain, I bet ya didn't know that, huh? They're things that make you go hmmm. Davidson had his fair share of pain, it sat upon his tongue and naked in his eye. Shame, shame. He threw himself away, all for pain. He had quite the academic smarts as a teenager, had ambitions to become something that paid a lot of money. A doctor? A lawyer? A banker? He had a long list of possible career choices, but how did he choose the one he became? He's not so sure, himself, he just made a dare that was secretly a goal and he found success, then stuck with it. Kudos for sticking with it, how much further can he go? Five and a half years here so far, can he double that? Some would be shocked but he assumes it can happen. Breathe in that fresh air, you found the green grass you've been looking for.
Opening up, we see Davidson ripping up hundreds of papers with thousands of words on each one. Stables join some of the papers together and he throws the torn papers into a burning barrel ahead of him with flames brewing at the bottom of the cylindrical can. It's like something or somebody is forcing him to throw away and get rid of all of this stuff that had so much work put into it. But he doesn't want to do it, he doesn't want to do it. He's forced, however, to give it all up. Things just aren't simple, life has to be difficult and there are other people who have to go through with the same punishment that he does. He would like to question this person's authority, ask why they are doing something so cold-hearted, but he's forced like many others to follow through and migrate elsewhere. So now he's homeless, he has nothing. Others will have nothing and others won't be seen ever again. It will be the end for many legacies and the end of many memories.
We hope you're proud of yourselves for this, assholes!
Davidson: "Everybody should believe me by now when I say that the only title I really had any care for in my wrestling career was the Fans Wrestling Alliance Reckless championship. There was no other alternative for me, it was the only solution to keep me satisfied in the industry. Three title reigns, each one of them a lengthy one, and some dare question my dedication to the division and title as a whole. So punks, while you're out there doubting my dedication to that title and division, take a good look at me now - do you see me complaining the least bit about going up against TJ Bryce for the Reckless title at the final FWA show in history? There's no way you'll see me boo-hooing about it, this is all I could ask for and thensome. I'm grateful to be going up against him for the title that's currently his, I'm extremely ecstatic. There's nothing that could make me quit now or get me out of the match, no bribes - no nothing. TJ could offer me a lump sum of a million dollars, would I take that in exchange for a possible fourth Reckless title win? Of course not, I'm not stupid. At last minute, Alex Redding could offer me the main event spot (unlikely as that may be) and I still wouldn't give up my current spot on the card. I'm true to this division more than I am to this sport, I'm hellbent on being Reckless through and through. Two and a half years, folks, I've been toiling in the same spot while others have been climbing that ladder to the top of the industry. I haven't budged, I have no intentions to, either. I'm Reckless until the motherfuckin' end. It's understood."
There are battle scars all over Davidson's body. Everybody who has wrestled against him since he became the Reckless champion has seen them and read his stories. What they don't understand is that he's going to have more in the future and won't stop at anything to have more stories to tell. Some think he's stupid, some believe he's not able to progress. But that's where you're wrong, he can progress and he will progress, but he just doesn't want to yet. He's legit, you're not. You think it's punishment, but he knows it's a personal decision. He's done too much in so little time to give it all up right now, he's got so much more to do. Be surprised when you see him retired and happy, and that's a long time away, folks.
Davidson: "Moving on, I've got a little something to say to TJ Bryce. Kid, I just want to know, how does that Reckless championship feel right now? I'm going to assume it's comfortable to have over your shoulder or around your waist, it's got that feeling unlike any other wrestling championship. Before the Reckless championship, I didn't think that there was a single championship out there for me to hold and feel right with. That was until I came here to FWA and won that title some three times. The first time was all I needed, however, to set me on the right path towards a happy career. There's a warmth about it that makes you want to have it more. Without it, you're just cold and alone. Years after the battles fought, you can still feel the fire on the belt and the energy from shows past. If I were to hold it, right now, I could probably still feel my first title reign two and a half years ago. In fact, I know I could and I'm just waiting for the moment where I win it all back and be the last Reckless champion in Fans Wrestling Alliance history. Some might not like to see that happen, but those people don't deserve it as much as I do. I've seriously fought harder in the past than everybody else as champion and I'm even willing to bring it to another wrestling federation for future use in other wrestling leagues. Would FWA executives be happy to hear that? Of course not, but what can they do about it? Not a thing, it's going to be mine again - TJ Bryce can pray to God that it won't, but the Lord won't prevent a damn thing. Sorry."
The title only makes certain people look good, and those people are the ones that are actually doing something about it. If you want to ride off the coattails of the titles reputation, HA!, good luck because it won't work. You build your status as you build the titles worth up. If you just hold onto it and do nothing, it loses prestige and you do, too. Don't dig yourself in a hole when you hold onto a title that's too good for you, or else somebody's gonna have to walk by and kill you with a gun. Davidson is the Silver Bullet, and since you're already in the hole, Bryce, it won't be too hard to cover ya up.
Davidson: "But this event, Big Time Bang, is more than Davidson versus TJ Bryce for the Reckless title. There's so much more important matches than this one, and let's have a scan of the card, shall we? Opening the night is Scott Addams and Tim Torn in a singles match. It's looking good, Scott might just be able to pull a win out of his ass this time around against Tim Torn. But Tim's dropped the ball more than once, so I wouldn't be surprised to see him no-show this event or even do a slack job in the end. There could have been a more suitable replacement for him with more ambition or drive, but what can ya do? I'm not running the joint, so there's not a thing I can do about it but sit back and shake my head at him for poor efforts. It's not like we're ever going to cross paths again, I've only met the guy under ten times since he's been here in FWA in the summer, a couple more meetings with him will be like spotting Big Foot or a Chupacabra, even. The FWA Championess will be decided between Hope Cassidy and Krys Jericho, that's looking good because they're both quite dominant in the Women's division. I see Krys walking out with the win, and she more than deserves it. She's worked hard since she came here and if I must say so, she's probably the best diva we've got going on. I'd like to see her succeed in the future, to be honest with ya."
Applauding, he gives his head a dip towards the camera, being completely supportive of Krys Jericho and her career in Fans Wrestling Alliance. There aren't too many divas in the FWA that are active and able to keep going without breaking down. There were so many divas in FWA that made them proud such as Izzy Taylor, Georgia James, Heather Wallace and Jade Rayzor. They all broke down after time, but Krys Jericho hasn't. Particularly because we never got to see what we could all get out of her, but it's nice to see her going and not burnt out anymore. Have fun in the future, wherever you may roam.
Davidson: "Then we have two huge blockbuster matches, probably capable of stealing the show. It's funny, because none of these four guys are active wrestlers in FWA anymore. We've got Nic E Dangerously against Cross in a singles match, two superstars that FWA isn't in particularly fond of, but we can deal with it since they were nice enough to lend us their time in a match that will without a doubt blow the roof off. It wil be interesting to see how the FWA fans react to seeing these two guys in the FWA ring again, because they angered them quite a bit months ago during W2K's revival. But then again, I also angered W2K fans and the federation during it's revival and where do you think I'm going after FWA folds? Of course, W2K, and perhaps this time I'll find some success there this time around unlike three years ago when I was there last. And there's that dream match we've all been waiting for. It was going to happen so long ago, so very, very long ago, but Ryan Cain left FWA before it could happen. William Rodney Mercy is going to come out of retirement for this match and only this match - the walls will be tore down, the roof will be blown. Blood, sweat and tears will soak the ring canvas and the audience will watch in amazement. This match could surely define FWA for all that it stands for when we look back on it, it's something epic and it's going to be one for the books. William oughta be proud for doing this, even if it is taking away time from his family and life in retirement. There's a newfound respect I give to him and the two of us aren't the best of friends. I plan on watching this with great interest."
He hasn't be all too high on William Rodney Mercy in the past and isn't fond of him, the two don't get along at all and that's where they got on the wrong foot a lot. From BWA here to FWA, they've fought and bickered for the better half of their wrestling career. Even Jesse James Miller, one of Davidson's childhood friends, tangled with Mercy and annoyed him to the point where he was reminded of Davidson through and through. When you've got a clone like that so close to home, it's just eerie, but Mercy had to put up with the fresh talent of the Saint James Miracle.
Davidson: "In the main-event, a match for two superstars that are more than deserving of the spot. Seifer put so much dedication into the FWA since he came here and he fought hard to keep the Attitude championship his. If anybody knows how much that title was lacking in prestige back in the day, it would be me. In 2006, the title that TJ Bryce holds and the title that Seifer holds were at a popularity war. There was a cult following for JT Kash at the time, and I can only assume there still is, while he reigned as the Attitude champion. But people were starting to slowly regain interest in the Reckless title and the wrestling style at the time, I was the champion. Kash and I had wars of words and had our fights more than once. It was amazing, but after JT Kash left FWA, I had won the war and the Attitude title went into a world of oblivion. It was nothing. Seifer was the only guy who brought it out from the darkness when he won it about twelve months later. I was hoping to take part in another battle as Reckless champion against Attitude champion here in FWA, but that chance has passed, time to move on - some other day, because since Seifer reigns as Attitude champion and it's not on the line, there's no way he can lose that title. I have a chance to win the Reckless title, a good one I might add, and if Seifer and I end up in W2K after FWA, then decide to revive the belts, it can definitely happen. But it makes much more sense just to live in the present tense and look forward to this event. Deus has been constantly giving it his all since coming here at the beginning of 2007, he amazes me every time. We don't get along well, but that doesn't matter anymore - he has my utmost respect, I hope he fuckin' explodes in that ring and proves why he's representing this company. Good luck to you, man."
All of the wrestlers taking part in FWA's final show has his respect, as is anybody else in FWA. They're all troopers for fighting until the end and they've got a lot to be proud of. They might have bright futures ahead of them, others might never be seen again after FWA folds. But that's life, we just have to live on or deal with the problems in an alternative way. Some of us won't even know the facts until years later and that's the tragedy of it because one day you'll be going into a big event with the aspirations of a child, then you're slapped into reality and have to deal with the stress of a man in debt.
Davidson: "Good luck to all of you, actually. I don't care if you pissed me off in the past, intentionally or unintentionally. I don't care if we never met or had any formal introductions. I don't care if you're my friend or my enemy. Each one of you deserve to put on a good showing, be honored that you were added to the card for the event known as Big Time Bang. It's the second finale for FWA, strange huh? But the second time must be the last time, I'm hoping so. This dog is walking on its last legs, just keep it living long enough to have one more day of bliss. It would make the old-timers happy to see that they had the proper send-off, it would make the legends of this industry happy to see that an assasination has been planned. Call the hitman, pay the price, wait the amount of time until the kill occurs. Ever headstone has two dates, a date of birth and a date of death. Well, you know what I'm getting at... FWA's will be no different. It lived a good life, that I must admit, and the one thing I am is proud that I was here to be part of it."
This is the end.
